TEACHER & GUARDIAN CELL

The Teacher-Guardian scheme is introduced to impart a personal touch to the learning process. A group of 20 students is looked after by a dedicated and experienced teacher who acts as a torchbearer, providing a family-like environment to overcome difficulties.

Students from outside the city benefit from guidance to rectify study areas requiring improvement. Parents are assured that their wards are under regular supervision, with performance updates communicated consistently.

  • One guardian teacher for twenty students.
  • Acclimatize new students to campus life in MATOSHRI INSTITUTION.
  • Follow-up regarding attendance and academic performance.
  • Introduction to senior students and professional ethics.
  • Campaign against ragging excesses (CARE).
  • Counseling for both academic and domestic problems.
  • Direct communication with parents via phone and SMS system.
  • Assigned academic work/assignments for improvement in consultation with HOD.
